What we do:

Care Specialist: this staff member provides daily care, feeding and exercise of boarding dogs. This individual must pay close attention to pets’ wellbeing and any change in behavior, signs of stress, changes in eating or elimination habits and accurately document these changes on the PawLoyalty website. It is the responsibility of a Care Specialist to maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the facility and the enclosures.

Receptionist: this staff member is trained to act as the first point of contact for our clients where they set the tone for the client’s relationship with Soggy Dog through excellent care and compassion. This position requires necessary administrative responsibilities needed to create a smooth check-in/check-out experience for the clients and their dogs.
